We provide two different tinted taillight services:
- Lamin-x film: For a less permanent solution, we use Lamin-x film, which is a high-quality, pliable 12 mil tint film cover with an adhesive backing. They make custom-cut taillight film kits for many different vehicle makes and models as well as a wide variety of colors and shades to choose from. We then professionally apply the film to your taillights.
- Painted taillights: If you’re looking for something more permanent, we can paint your taillights to last the lifetime of the vehicle. We can use virtually any color. Once we’re done painting the taillights, we cover them with a clear coat to match your vehicle. This helps to preserve the paint and give it a clean finish with a glossy-like look.

We’ve been working with Lamin-x film for years. We’ve found that it’s easy to install, goes on smoothly and provides a clean, professional look. Tinted Taillight FAQs
How do you tint taillights?
We offer two different options to give your taillights a custom tinted appearance.
The first option is a translucent paint that is sprayed on and will be permanent. The second option is a vinyl film, which is applied similar to a decal and is removable. Both options can be customized to your liking, no matter how dark or light you would like them to appear.
Is taillight tint legal?
Yes, if done correctly and to certain specifications, it is totally legal to tint your taillights. The lights must be visible from 50 feet away when the brakes are applied, and we ensure every application passes our strenuous quality and safety inspection.

The tints I had them put on my car look great, although I should have spent the extra money and put the scratch resistant tints on instead. I am noticing a bid of wear and with Colorados dry dusty weather Im sure it will only get worse. Spend the extra dough!
